Our review gating approach collects feedback from every customer — happy and unhappy alike — and gives businesses a private channel to resolve issues before they escalate.
We comply with the review solicitation guidelines of every platform we support. Google encourages businesses to ask all customers for reviews. Yelp discourages direct solicitation, and we respect that by not routing solicited reviews to Yelp. TripAdvisor, Facebook, and Trustpilot each have their own policies, and Opineko is designed to work within each platform's rules.
Your data is yours. We do not sell customer information to third parties, we do not display ads, and we do not use your review data for any purpose other than powering your dashboard.
